This page shall help us to evaluate and find "good" learning and training activities most suitable for My Department employees. Your feedback is needed to get a list of trainings which are useful for our work. For immediate start you can search or even enter a new activity by using the forms on the top right side. Please check the usage guide.
Lists of existing training activities
All lists at this page are created dynamically, so you just need to edit the corresponding pages in order to add or edit trainings or evaluations.
Search for a training
You can search for an existing training activity.
Or go here to full-text search within a table containing all trainings.

Training Activities
In order to evaluate a training, the training activity must be created once.
Before adding a new training, please check the existing trainings from the lists below or just search for an existing training activity. Please take care not to add a new training activity that already exists (names are unique).
For adding a new training, just enter the title of the training activity (i.e. just the training name like "Java Programming for Beginners") into the the form below or on the top of this page. Then click the button and you will be directed to a form to fill in the relevant data about the training itself with the possibility to evaluate the training.
To edit an existing training, just click to the training name which opens the corresponding wiki page. Then use the "Edit with form" link to edit the training activity.
Evaluations
To evaluate a training, just click to the existing training name which opens the corresponding wiki page. Then use the "Edit with form" link to add or edit your evaluation feedback. You can either change the info for the training activity itself or add and edit corresponding evaluations.
Notes:
- Each training can have multiple evaluations.
- Even though you don't need to add your name to the evaluation, all edits can be checked via "View history". So, your edits are not anonymous.
- Evaluations can easily be deleted by clicking the delete icon. But be aware not to delete evaluations which you haven't added.
- To delete an existing training activity (which belongs to a wiki page) you need to follow the Deleting Pages process.
FAQ
- Is it possible to generate a mail if a new item is added ?
- Yes. New training activities are notified putting this category on your watchlist. Page changes (e.g. evaluations) are notified if you put the corresponding training activity page to your watchlist. You can also set all pages you ever edit to your watchlist (to make it easier). You need to properly setup your user settings. See Watching Pages.
Implementation Info
See Implementation for more information about the actual implementation of this evaluation site.
