This page shall give an overview about the competences and skills of the team to work on the product increments.
Competence Matrix
The following tables lists competences and skills needed to fulfill our tasks and to deliver product increments. The tables are updated dynamically. You can add competences using the form described below. Changes are possible by navigating to the competence page and click Edit with form.
You as team member should add your individual competence level that is needed to fulfill your tasks to the competence pages. In order to "pseudo-anonymize" the team members on the competence pages, the team member name can be a nick name or a number associated with the number on the team page.
There is also a general team competence level available, which could be sufficient to be set in some cases if individual levels are not needed.

Add a new competence
The simplest way to add a new My Department competence page is just to enter the title of the subpage (i.e. just the competence name like "Java Programming") into the field below. Then just click the button and you will be directed to a form to fill in the relevant data.
Note: The page will be created as subpage of this page!
